Dana Morgan & His Company

When Dana Morgan, son of coaster pioneer Ed Morgan (co-inventor of tubular steel track), started his
company, they primarily designed carousel and wooden coaster trains. Then in 1996, they designed and
manufactured the Wild Thing at Valleyfair! They are also the designers of the tallest, fastest, & longest
hypercoaster in the world.

Track

DH Morgan uses the same track as Arrow Dynamics for their hypercoasters. They use a tubular steel spine connected to the outside of two steel running rails. The only difference is that DH Morgan uses a 44 inch track gauge while Arrows uses a 48 inch.

Their gigacoaster track is completely different. It has a tubular steel spine connected to the inside of tubular steel running rails. Their gigacoasters use the same track gauge (44 inches).

Many coaster enthusiasts feel that Morgan track aren't as smooth as Arrows track.

Trains, Restraints, Brakes, & Misc.
DH Morgan uses almost exactly the same trains as Arrow Dynamics. The distance between the wheel assembly is 4 inches less because of the smaller track gauge.

DH Morgan trains use lapbar restraints just like Arrows. Morgan cars feature scarf brakes on all their coasters.
